In this 10-week course, we will work together to identify your goals, what you would like to release, and create space for rejuvenation for your mind, body, and soul through customized yoga, breathwork, and regulation techniques.
This package is designed to help you level-up your healing and tune-in to the intuitive power and healing that exists inside of you.
Consists of:
ONE 45-minute Discovery Call with Bridey to determine your goals. After this call, Bridey will share your custom plan for the following sessions
FIVE 60-minute Modern Breathwork Sessions with Bridey
FIVE 60-minute Customized Private Yoga Sessions with Bridey
Please note that all sessions must be used within 3 months of Discovery Call.
Please notes that all credit/debit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. For this reason, there are alternative payment options.
