If you asked me these questions at most points in my life, I would have answered "yes." I knew that I didn't like feeling this way, but I didn't realize that I had the power to regain control over my experience.


I spent most of life battling depression, anxiety, and PTSD, clueless about the inner healer that I already had within me. I carried chronic pain, felt triggered or activated most of the time, and generally felt unsafe in my body. This led to me feeling distracted, angry, offended, judged, insecure, unsafe, and ultimately unable to enjoy my life or achieve the success I knew I was capable of.

 

It's an unfortunate reality for so many of us; trying to do and accomplish everything. We kill ourselves to live up to expectations given to us without our consent by society, families, employers, relationships, culture...you name it!


If this resonates, I am here to share that the key to discovering and sustaining your joy, your purpose, and your peace is a regulated nervous system and a strong mind-body connection.


The nervous system is the major controlling, regulatory, and communicating system in the body. It is the center of all mental activity including thought, learning, and memory. In short, the nervous system plays a HUGE role in overall health and wellbeing.


Most of us deal with constant dysregulation of our nervous system.


Circular Breathwork, Yoga, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Behavioral Health Coaching, and Shamanic Healing have all immensely helped me heal, discover my truth, and understand my true power as an individual.


These tools have helped me develop my inner healer, showing me that living a life full of joy, security, and ease is not only possible, it's simpler than I ever imagined!


My purpose is to share these tools and techniques with others, because THEY WORK!

I am so happy to have found Bridey! Covid lockdown left me messed up in the mind and body. I was looking for a gentle way to ease back into being able to go outside again. I stumbled upon an outdoor workshop hosted by San Diego Yoga News where Bridey was an instructor. Little did I know, a combination of private sessions and group workshops led by Bridey were exactly what I needed. Bridey has such a calming aura about her and her style is easily modifiable. When there is a pose I’m unsure of, Bridey is quick to recommend ways to adapt the pose to my comfort level. During practice I feel present and after I feel the perfect amount of soreness. I am excited to continue on my journey with such a supportive teacher.
